My child is shy does that mean he/she is too young to come?
Every Itty Bitty personality is different. Some of our dancers take longer to settle into class than others and we understand this. We love and foster all of our Itty Bitty dancers so they feel confident in coming to class, this is the foundation of our approach and stems from our early childhood training. We encourage participating in a nurturing, positive way.
Dance can be a powerful tool your child uses to gain confidence, but that takes time. If you feel your Itty Bitty dancer would prefer to have you in the class for the entire term we welcome you to join our Dance With Me classes for your first term. You can join this class regardless of age. A positive experience in this class will often help alleviate separation anxiety so they are ready to come to class on their own.

What should my Itty Bitty dancer wear to class?
Point shoes, hair in bun with hairspray, full face of makeup.
NAH, JUST KIDDING!
We do not have a uniform. Itty Bitty dancers create their own dance style!
Shoe choice is important. Here are some helpful tips on appropriate footwear for dance.
Girls: Please ensure your child wears appropriate footwear to class. We like our Itty Bitty Dancers to wear pink leather or canvas ballet shoes to class. This is not compulsory. You can wear any other shoe so long as you can see your child's foot point (not too rigid). Thongs, sandals and bare feet are not appropriate dance attire.
Boys: Please ensure your child wears appropriate footwear to class. We like our Itty Bitty Dancers to wear black leather or canvas ballet shoes to class. This is not compulsory. You can wear any other shoe so long as you can see your child's foot point (not too rigid). Thongs, sandals and bare feet are not appropriate dance attire.
